I've been fortunate to work for a variety of publications, both in print and digital. The experience I gained from working those jobs provided me the skills to edit for a website, Army Wife Network (now known as Mission: Milspouse), as well as monographs and theses. After five years, I was offered a position with Sunbury Press, a mid-size independent publisher in Pennsylvania, where I continued to hone my editing skills across ten imprints, specializing in military fiction and nonfiction, but also working on memoirs, biographies, historical fiction, fantasy, science fiction, horror, general fiction, and literary fiction.
