Sarah is an editor and award-winning journalist originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She has written for The Fort Polk Guardian, and her work has appeared on Mission: Milspouse, MilSpouseFest, The Homefront United Network, Military.com, We Are The Mighty, SpouseBUZZ, and Army News Service. A five-time PILLAR Deployment Retreat speaker, she has a heart for military spouses and frequently volunteers in the military community. She is a member of Pennwriters, Inc. and the Military Writers Society of America.
When she isn't writing novels, she works as a book editor for Sunbury Press, specializing in military fiction and nonfiction but editing a variety of genres in multiple imprints. When not working her day job, she’s busy reading, stitching, or playing the piano. You can find her on Instagram @keepitpeachey, where she shares about military life, books, writing, and editing.
She's currently living overseas with her active-duty Army husband and their three military kids. Previous adventures have sent her to Fort Johnson, Fort Huachuca, Fort Meade, Germany, Fort Leavenworth, and Fort Stewart.​
